A bit about me…

I am a regular mum and for as long as I can remember I have been deeply passionate about fostering self-care through food. Nourishing my 3 kids with weird and wonderful recipes and treats seriously sparks joy for me! I am a wife, a lover of nature, farmers markets, seeker of adventure through travel, therapeutic essential oils, cooking, baking and all things wellness. I have always strived for better health and devoted myself to learning about nutrition, gut health, the body and the gut brain connection. I have always strived to make kindness, integrity and connections part of my life.

I’m overjoyed that you’re here and I hope to inspire you to implement some new tips and tricks. I promise that you won’t be force fed dieting advice and I can’t wait to share what I have discovered through eating mindfully and intuitively without guilt!! I truly hope this blog inspires you in your kitchen and offers new ideas on how to add variety, nourishment and ease into your meals. We will explore new recipes - everything from bone broth, gut healing gummy treats, grain free cakes and muffins, raw desserts, sheet pan dinners, overnight oats and dehydrated fruit snacks!

Many meals in my house often come together through “experimentation” with food and sampling new recipes. When the food doesn’t quite work out as planned, my kids refer to these meals as “not quite”. This encourages the kitchen to be a fun and happy place without the stress or pressure of perfection. 

Let’s embark on a journey of bringing back fun and “not quite” back into our lives. Together we will uncover easy to implement ideas that will nourish living life at your optimal best, simply by taking control of what we put in and on our bodies.
