I have always been on a mission to learn new things when it comes to health and wellness and especially for my family. I love hearing stories from people, what things they have done to improve their health and what has worked for them. I love trying new products for optimal health. Some days I feel as though I am ticking all my boxes, feeling inspired and motivated and other days not so much, but everyday is a new day and that has become my mantra.
So, I have always been into essential oils and believe in their ability to heal and improve health, however I only truely began to get excited and passionate after I joined Young Living and dived in and purchased my first premium starter kit. For the next few months after that, I devoted everyday to using these oils, researching the benefits of the oils, making roller bottles, spray bottles and finding new way to incorporate them into my families everyday life. This also was the start of my low tox journey and ways I could reduce harmful chemicals and toxins in my home and in my personal care products.
I also began to track how I felt after using the oils and if I noticed any difference in my health, mood and behaviour. I loved reading about Young livings seed to seal process and how they have total control of their farms. Young living do not fractionate any of their oils and that is why the smell of their oils are actually quite different to the smell of other oils. Young living also do more testing on their oils than another other company which gave me huge comfort.
I would like to share how I started to use my premium starter kit and why I love it so much. These are the oils:
