Welcome to my first ever blog post. It is slightly nerve-wracking putting yourself out there on the internet, and it has taken me so long to launch this. I am so excited to share with others and maybe make some connections along the way. I know that there are plenty of other likeminded people out there who are just as passionate about life and all things wellness and my hope is that I am able to connect with those who are interested in living a more natural life but might be unsure of where to start. I am constantly curious about health and wellness and continuously strive to learn more.

Using real food in the kitchen and real chemical and toxic free products in the home

This has lead me to years of experimentation in the kitchen where I have created things like, easy sheet pan dinners, raw desserts, grain free cakes, dehydrated fruits snack, healthy hand grabbers, and have even incorporated therapeutic essential oils into my daily life. Throughout this journey, I have truly realised how important food is, especially food that heals. But my passion for wellness is absolutely not limited to the kitchen.

Once I started down the wellness rabbit hole, I learned more and more about environmental toxins that can potentially be damaging to our health. It can be so overwhelming when you start to discover how many toxins we have in our life. Through this realisation, I began reading ingredients in my cleaning products and skin care range and wanted to do more to eliminate these harmful toxins. This has been a slow process for me over the years.

Understanding the importance of wellness and travel

What I also found was really important for myself and my family was to create as many new experiences and memories as possible. This is why travel is so important to me as I understand how vital it is for growth and connection. I know many families find it difficult to stay healthy when they go on holidays which is why I felt so drawn to create this blog so I could offer a helping hand with wellness travel tips.

Many people find it so stressful when it comes to living a balanced life, especially surrounding their family, their home, and when travelling. I would love to use some of my experience to help more people understand that it doesn’t have to be that hard and that sometimes small adjustments can be beneficial and easy. The most important thing is if it resonates with you and brings you joy follow that feeling.

Honestly, you don’t need to spend hours of the day in the kitchen if you don’t want to and certainly don’t need to be a wiz in the kitchen either. Sometimes it’s about new discoveries, so if you have read this far, thank you for coming on this journey with me. I am excited to grow my blog, to share with others, and to give back to those who might be needing guidance.

Talk soon,

Nat xo
