My Mission

It can be so frustrating when there are so many mixed messages out there in regards to food and health. Information on what we should be putting in our body for better health seems to change all the time. My mission is take the confusion and the hassle out of this and get back to basics. I want to encourage families to get in the kitchen where they can create quick, healthy, and stress free yummy meals. Furthermore, to bring balance back to families who feel overwhelmed and worn out.

My Workshops

In the near future, I will be running workshops where together we will learn all about healthy and toxic free living. My aim would be to create a like minded community, where together we will make and create delicious mid week sheet pan dinners, snacks and treats as hand grabbers using few ingredients, food that heals the gut, a variety of nutritious breakfast ideas, raw desserts, cakes and muffins that are grain free and gluten free. I will also be sharing how to incorporate therapeutic essential oils into our lives.
